The Art of Learning

Art in the Schools

In recent years many schools have stopped hiring art and music teachers, so it is especially important to bring artists to the classroom. SKEA's Art of Learning program arranges for "teaching artists" to come to Kona schools to teach lessons in the arts, or to work with you to plan lessons that integrate the arts with lessons in science, language arts, math, or social studies.
